CANADIAN DOLLAR GIFT CARD(S) RESTRICTIONS

Canadian dollar (CAD) gift cards can only be redeemed for purchases made in Canadian dollars and that are shipped within Canada.

Using a CAD gift card for a purchase in US funds or for shipment to a United States address could result in your transaction being canceled and a 60-day expiry store credit being issued to your account or the email address of the transaction instead of a refund. A new gift card will not automatically be issued.

CAD gift cards are strictly restricted to use for purchasers within Canada and/or for shipment within Canada.

United States dollar (USD) gift cards can only be redeemed for purchases made in US dollars and that are shipped within the United States.

CASH VALUE STATEMENT & GIFT CARD RETURN POLICY

Gift cards can not be returned for cash and have no cash value, they are online store credits only.

GENERAL GIFT CARD REDEMPTION TERMS

Gift cards can only be redeemed online at our website https://dev.christinelingerie.com and cannot be used in stores or anywhere else our label is sold.

Gift cards can be used more than once and remaining balances will carry over and be displayed in your account and on your invoices until they are depleted.

Gift cards do not expire. Store credit issued as a refund for a gift card purchase may expire.

GIFT CARD REDEMPTION BY CURRENCY TYPE RESTRICTION & DETERMINATION

Gift cards will be debited in the currency indicated in the last six digits in the unique gift card code (denoted by CAD or USD before the amount at the end of the code) until they have a zero balance. Any discrepancy between the currency displayed in your cart, notification, invoice, or account and what appears in the unique gift card code will defer to the currency as indicated in the last six digits code.

Minors

Christine Lingerie does not ship items ordered via the Website to any person under the age of 18. We do not collect personal information from anyone we know to be under the age of 18. Anyone under 18 who wished to use this website should do so with the involvement of a parent and/or guardian and should not submit any personal information to Christine Lingerie.
